How do I purchase product


Do you have a store? if you do where is it located 

  • Yes! We have a store located inside the Contour Day Spa in Plantation Florida - 455 SW 78th Avenue, Plantation 33324.


What is your return policy? US orders only!

  • We are confident that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren't satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return within 15 days from the ship date. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.


How to return an item:

  • Drop off your package at any United States Postal Service (USPS) access point, including a local post office, USPS blue collection box your home mail box.

PLEASE NOTE:
You’re welcome to return an item for a return. Just remember, to obtain a refund, you must return the entire item or set together, in the same condition it was shipped to you.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns..
  • If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you ordered (including Final Sale and non-refundable product), we will replace the product, provided you contact our support team within 7 days of receipt using our Contact Page. Please include your order number in your message.

I made a mistake when putting in my personal information and the order was already submitted. How can I fix this?

  • Send us an email within the same business day so that we can correct your order. We process orders every day, so make sure to make the correction before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped we can no longer change any of the personal information.
